#SafetyFirstandAlways

Updated: Mar 21, 2021

We strive to provide a safe and comfortable space for our patients always. Following guidance from the Ministry of Health, our clinic continues to uphold protocols to ensure that your health and the health of our team and the community-at-large are protected. Learn more about our measures, with you in mind, as follows.

Before your appointment

  • We will be asking screening COVID-19 questions 24-48 hours prior to the appointment

    • We ask that you reschedule your appointment if you have:

  1. Fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, diarrhea, reduced sense of smell or taste

  2. Contact with someone who have experienced the above symptoms

  3. Contact with someone who have a diagnosis of COVID-19

  4. Travelled outside of Canada in the last 2 weeks

  • We continue to stagger in-person appointments to permit thorough sanitization of treatment rooms, working surfaces and high touch areas before and after each patient

  • Please arrive on time - if you are running late, kindly contact our office to see if and how we may be able to accommodate your changes

  • Hand sanitizer is widely available throughout our clinic - we ask that you use it when you first come in

  • A facial mask is required to enter the clinic

During your appointment

  • Our front desk staff will check your temperature with our contactless thermometer when you arrive

  • We ask that you complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire

  • We ask that you do not bring anyone with you to your appointment unless you need special assistance for your care in the clinic

  • Please leave all unnecessary items for your appointment in the car where possible

  • To practice physical distancing, we may need to ask you to wait in your car and contact you when your appointment is ready

  • Our waiting area is closed and visits to our clinic are by appointment only

After your appointment

  • We continue to offer contactless payment with electronic receipts provided

  • We ask that you use hand sanitizer before you leave our clinic

  • If you receive a diagnosis of COVID-19 within a week following your appointment, we would appreciate if you could let us know

We extend our gratitude for your patience and understanding with our clinic protocols, and continued trust in our care. While your visit in our clinic may look a little different, have comfort knowing our dedication and thoughtfulness to your care remains the same.
